Align & Flow
Align and Flow is an alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Classes progressively and safely sequence towards more complex poses. Explore breaking down techniques for honing awareness and skill on and off the mat. Elements of functional mobility movement, Vinyasa and Katonah Yoga®️ are incorporated into practice.

Movement Lab
This class is designed to help you move better, feel better, and build a stronger, more resilient body. You can expect a mix of Mobility (range of motion), Stability (control), Strength, Breathwork, Tissue work (myofascial release) and Coordination/ Neuro Training. Movement Lab invites all-levels —especially those curious about moving better, not just more.

Katonah Yoga®️
Katonah Yoga® is a syncretic Hatha yoga practice developed by Nevine Michaan over 40 years. She and her teachers incorporate classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor, and imagination — in a practical framework designed to potentiate personal and communal well-being.
Katonah Yoga® is organized around three principles of esoteric dialogue: all polarities are mediated by trinity; the universe has pattern, pattern belies intelligence; by virtue of repetition there is potential for insight.
